Talk about omg dairy options and flavors! There's a reason this place has been in business for so long. The hard ice cream is some of the best I've had. It is on the pricey side, I paid 9 for two cones. I wouldn't get it daily, but it's a must go stop when I travel to Monroe.

Inauspicious outside reveals an amazing ice cream shop, around since 1934. Many classic and interesting flavors. Pleasant efficient service, and portions a good size. Very fresh and worth a stop if you are in the general neighborhood. The convenience store has minimal basics.
Pretty good for Monroe. The location is a pain to navigate and find parking in. They only have one parking lot for both the commercial trucks AND retail customers. Needs a space to park the trucks off to the side when summer comes and people want to eat onsite. The ice cream is fine, the parking lot stinks.
